Hotel Worker Training Program (HWTP)
We have partnered with San Diego College of Continuing Education Foundation and union hotels to offer a paid, three-week training designed for people who want to start a career in the hospitality industry. You will spend the first week of training in a classroom setting; the second and third week will be on the job training with one of our hotel partners.
Once you successfully complete the three-week training, the hotel you are assigned to will decide if you are a good fit for the position or not. If they decide you are a good fit, they will invite you to apply for one of their positions.
UPCOMING TRAININGS:
June 10th -28th
No hotel experience is required but you must have a positive attitude, willingness to work hard and commit to the three weeks of training.
