Creating lasting change
At Partnership for a Better San Diego, our approach to creating lasting change combines workforce development, food security, worker rights education, and employment opportunities to help individuals and families achieve greater stability.
Working with employers, educational institutions, government agencies, unions, and community partners, we empower people with the resources, knowledge, and opportunities they need to succeed. Whether we're providing food, preparing someone for a quality career, educating workers about their rights, or connecting individuals to employment, our programs are designed to strengthen our communities and expand economic opportunity.
